At Extra Shine Cleaning Services, we are committed to providing professional, high-quality cleaning services. Customer satisfaction is our priority.
1. Service Inspection
If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours after the service. We will review the situation and, if necessary, return to correct the reported area at no additional cost.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of cleaning services, full refunds are not offered once the service has been completed. Our commitment is to resolve any concerns through service correction.
